When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to Local Agent, LLC doing business as Agent Wire.

When we say “Services”, we mean our websites, including agentwire.com, and any product created and maintained by Local Agent LLC. That includes all versions whether delivered within a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or another format.

When we say “You” or “your”, we are referring to the people or organizations that own an account with one or more of our Services.

Agent Wire is an email marketing platform designed specifically for real estate agents to send campaigns to their peers. Our service allows you to create, send, and manage email marketing campaigns.

3. User Obligations

• Account Registration: You must register for an account to use Agent Wire and provide accurate, current information.
• Legal Compliance: You agree to use Agent Wire in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to spam and privacy.
• Appropriate Content: You agree not to send emails that contain harassing, defamatory, or obscene content.

4. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from:

• Using Agent Wire to send unsolicited commercial emails or spam.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our system or data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and services provided by Agent Wire, including software, text, and graphics, are the property of Agent Wire and protected by intellectual property laws.
